Streptocarpus Seeds – Grape Frost

           Tiny, dust-like seeds develop into plants bearing trumpet-shaped flowers in soft purple tones. Each bloom has five rounded petals and pale veining. Leaves are oblong, slightly wrinkled, and form a low rosette. Flower stalks rise above the foliage. Suitable for indoor pots or shaded areas.

• Sowing: Surface sow on fine compost. Needs light; do not cover.

• Location: Bright, indirect light.

• Soil: Rich, moist, well-drained with perlite.

• Water: Keep consistently moist. High humidity preferred.

• Care: Avoid water on leaves. Protect from cold drafts.
