At SenlanSeed, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and reliable as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping rates, order processing times, estimated delivery times, and other important delivery details.
1. Order Processing Time
All paid orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
What “Shipped” Means
“Shipped” means your package has been prepared, handed over to the carrier, and assigned tracking information.
The actual delivery time depends on the destination, shipping service, local carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Germany: The logistics provider charges a €3 EU import handling fee per shipment. This fee is included in the €8.19 total shipping and handling charge for orders below €22.79. For orders €22.79 and above, shipping is free and the €3 fee still applies.
France: The logistics provider charges a €3 EU import handling fee per shipment. For orders below €22.79, €5.19 base shipping plus €3.00 handling equals €8.19 total. For orders of €22.79 and above, base shipping is free and the €3.00 handling fee still applies, for a total charge of €3.00.
Spain: The logistics provider charges a €3.00 EU import handling fee per shipment. For order subtotals of €0.01–€22.78 inclusive, €5.19 base shipping plus €3.00 handling equals €8.19 total. For orders of €22.79 and above, base shipping is free and the €3.00 handling fee still applies, for a total charge of €3.00.
Austria: The logistics provider charges a €3.00 EU import handling fee per shipment. For order subtotals of €0.01–€22.78 inclusive, €5.19 base shipping plus €3.00 handling equals €8.19 total. For orders of €22.79 and above, base shipping is free and the €3.00 handling fee still applies, for a total charge of €3.00.
Italy: For order subtotals of €0.01–€22.78 inclusive, standard shipping and EU import handling total €8.19. For orders of €22.79 and above, base shipping is free and the €3.00 EU import handling fee still applies, for a total charge of €3.00 per shipment.
Eligible free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Prices, shipping charges, and free-shipping eligibility are calculated in the checkout currency. The amount displayed during checkout is the final applicable shipping charge.
4. Estimated Transit Times
Estimated transit time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery may require additional time during peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances.
6. Additional Delivery Information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your complete shipping address, postal code, and contact information are correct before placing your order.
SenlanSeed is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Remote Areas
Orders shipped to remote, rural, island, or otherwise difficult-to-service locations may require additional transit time depending on local carrier conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your package.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
