📦 Order Processing & Shipping Policy

🚚 Dispatch Time (When your order leaves our warehouse)

All orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 72 working hours after order confirmation.
    Working hours refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays in the Pacific Time Zone.

  • Dispatch cutoff time: 14:00 Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after 14:00 PT（Los Angeles） will be processed on the next business day.

  • The 72‑hour count starts from the next business day after your order is confirmed, and only business days are counted.

⏱️ “Shipped” means:

The package has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location.

  • Once preparation is complete and your order is shipped, the logistics shipping times (excluding preparation time) for different markets are shown in the table below. Actual shipping times may vary slightly due to the delivery area (e.g., remote areas), logistics capacity adjustments, and force majeure factors (e.g., severe weather, customs inspections). The final delivery time will be based on logistics tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), delivery may take a few extra days.
