Product Description & Planting Guide

          Large, brown, flattened bean-shaped seeds. Mature plants produce twining vines with broad, trifoliate leaves. Underground tubers have brown skin and crisp white flesh. Tubers are round to irregular. Suitable for home vegetable gardens.

Sowing:
 Sow seeds 2–3 cm deep after last frost. Germination in 5–10 days at 21–29°C.

Location: Full sun, 6–8 hours daily.

Soil: Well-draining sandy loam, pH 5.5–7.0.

Water: Water regularly, keep soil moist. Reduce watering before harvest.

Care: Grow on trellis. Harvest tubers in 5–6 months. Seeds toxic, do not eat.
