Product Description & Planting Guide

          Single large seed with smooth brown outer skin. Oval to pear-shaped. Mature trees produce green, pear-shaped fruit with a single central seed. Broad, dark green leaves. Suitable for indoor containers or warm outdoor spaces.


Sowing:
 Clean the pit, insert 3–4 toothpicks, suspend over water. Roots appear in 2–6 weeks. Or plant directly in soil with top exposed.

Location: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct hot sun for young seedlings.

Soil: Well-draining potting mix when transplanting rooted pit. Do not use heavy garden soil.

Water: Keep water level constant in glass method. For soil, keep moist but not soggy.

Care: Once 15–20 cm tall, pinch top to encourage branching. Keep at 18–27°C. Fertilize monthly in growing season.
