Alcea Hollyhocks - Peaches and Dreams

        Tall flowering spikes lined with large, single or semi-double blooms. Petals show soft peach tones blending into creamy yellow toward the center. Each flower measures up to 10 centimeters across. Plants produce a central stem with smaller side branches. Blooms appear from the bottom of the spike upward. Suitable for back borders or along fences.

• Sowing: Sow on soil surface, lightly press. Needs light to germinate.

• Location: Full sun for best flowering and tallest growth.

• Soil: Rich, well-drained soil. Add compost before planting.

• Water: Keep moist during germination; water regularly once established.

• Care: Stake tall stems to prevent wind damage. Biennial, blooms second year.
