           Medium-sized, heart-shaped fruits ripen from dark green to deep red. Thick, slightly flattened walls with mild heat. Sturdy plants reach a medium height with dark green leaves. Suitable for home vegetable gardens.

  • Sowing: Sow 1/4 inch deep, 18-24 inches apart.

  • Location: Full sun.

  • Soil: Rich, well-drained with compost.

  • Water: Keep consistently moist.

  • Harvest: Pick green for fresh poblanos or let ripen to red-brown for drying into anchos.
